Q: What is the connecting port for the automatic cash drawers?
      A: The port is RJ11/12. It is similar to telephone jack.

Q: Where should the RJ11/12 connect to?
      A: The RJ11/12 port should connect to the receipt printer which has the RJ11/12 port. So after setting the cash drawer should open when the printer prints something.

Q: My receipt printer does not have port.
      A: If your receipt printer does not have any port that means our auto cash drawer cannot work with this printer. You can try to open the drawer manually or you can consider our manual cash drawer instead

Q: The carrying case is damaged.
      A: The carrying case is gift accessory and it's not under the warranty.

Q: My receipt printer does not have RJ11/12 port
      A: You can purchase an adapter to transfer the RJ11/12 port to the port you have on your printer.

Q:  I cannot open the cash drawer
